Cavallario's has been part of the Alexandria Bay summer since 1962 — three generations of the same family, the same kitchen, the same corner of Church Street. Prime aged Black Angus, cold-water seafood, and the Italian classics that built our family's name still come out of our kitchen the way they did the day we opened.
Every dish is house made — the bread fresh-baked, the sauces from scratch, the steaks aged. If you've been coming since the '70s, you already know: same family, same kitchen, same corner booth.
